Sakay is a traditional blend of hot chili peppers used in kitchens all over Madagascar.
To balance the bite of the sakay, we've mixed real Ceylon cinnamon into our classic 63% dark chocolate. Ceylon cinnamon is world-renowned as the truest form of the "spice" a sweet yet subtle companion to Madagascar cocoa.
